NewME Accelerator, a nationally recognized startup accelerator for minorities and women based in San Francisco, hits the road!  NewME will launch its first ever Popup, an intensive 3-night version of the critically acclaimed program, in Miami on November 12th, 2012.

Entrepreneurs in Miami will get a taste of what it’s like to participate in the 12-week program in just 3-nights and one 50-minute daytime slot right in their own backyard.  Participants will get critical advice, hands on classes, and even a Demo Night competition!  A limited number of slots are available per city.  Advanced registration required.

PopUp Overview

1:1 Start-Up Coaching and Evaluation (50-minutes, 1 day time slot during ONE of  either Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday)
Teams will meet with Founders and teams in 1-on-1 in 50 min. sessions giving them personalized feedback on their startup or project. The COO and CEO's of some of Silicon Valley's most successful venture capital firms are coming to Miami to lend expert advice on your digital start-up. This session is scheduled at your convenience at the LAB Miami between 10AM and 5PM on ONE of either Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday

Master Class: The Art of the Pitch, Part 1 & Part 2 (Evening Programs)
You’ll join us for 2 group workshops where we’ll help you craft the perfect pitch deck (Part 1) and present it like a boss (Part 2).  Workshops will include preparation work assigned prior to class.  Length: approx. 2 hours at the Lightbox at Goldman Warehouse

Demo Night Competition (Evening Program)
Finally join us for Demo Day and pitch to a panel of investors for a chance to win a potential slot in a 2013 NewME Accelerator 12-week class in Silicon Valley and a $25,000 services prize pack from our product sponsors. Length: approx. 2 hours at the Lightbox at Goldman Warehouse
